We were told not to go.
Locals warned us. Even our driver was nervous.
But something in our gut said, go anyway.
This is the story of what happened when we entered Hanover Parkβone of the most feared neighborhoods in Cape Town, South Africa.
What started as a mission to give back quickly turned into something none of us expected.
We fed 600 people, handed out soccer balls and hula hoops, and connected with a community thatβs been overlooked for too long.
What we found?
Joy. Resilience. Humanity.
