Three Things We Hated About Princess Cruises
We recently cruised to Cabo San Lucas on a five-day Princess cruise aboard the Discovery Princess for our five-year wedding anniversary. Cabo was amazing! We will definitely go back there for a destination vacation.
But we will never cruise Princess Cruises again for one simple reason - NO DIVERSITY. And when we say no diversity, we mean the music was not chosen with black people in mind, the entertainment was not only terrible (even for cruise ship entertainment), it was not curated for a black audience.
When we looked around us, we didn’t see many people who looked like us. There were approximately 3,500 passengers onboard, and there were probably about 100 black people (and that’s being generous).
