In Quito Ecuador, there's a community of Haitian immigrants who live in the Comite del Pueblo barrio (neighborhood). Because of Haiti's current financial and security crisis, these Haitian refugees left their country in search of a better life and have made it to Quito, and now they are preparing to embark on a journey towards the American-Mexican border.
