The word Feminist is not an insult!
Why do many African men and women dread and fear the word feminism?
They'd rather die in the closet than come out as feminist.

They equate feminism to man-hating, and see the 'F' word as a western threat to the patriarchy they have worked so hard to build and maintain under the umbrella of tradition, religion and culture.
Dear closet feminist, the F- word isn't so ' F'en bad' after all, if you would just set your ego aside for a moment and get familiar with the word, and the culture behind it.
And to the 'non-feminist', if you ever end up identifying with the F word, do not be afraid to SAY IT WITH YOUR CHEST! " I AM FEMINIST" #PopSaltnCulture
