Djon Djon Quinoa
1 cup DjonDjon- Black Trumpet Mushroom
Or 1 DjonDjon Maggi Cube
2.5 cups of Water, (Djondjon soaked or regular)
3 tbsp Epis
1 cup Shrimp
1 cup Frozen Green Peas
3 Sprigs Thyme
4 Cloves
2 tbsp Pikliz Juice
1 Scotch Bonnet
1/2 of a Yellow Onion
1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
Always use a 2:1 ratio for Rice and 2.5:1 for Quinoa, Try this out in a rice cooker as well, cook your shrimp in a pot and add the rest of the ingredients! Enjoy
