Starting a new life abroad is never easy. When I moved to France, I had big dreams—but I quickly realized how tough it is to build everything from scratch.
In just five years, I managed to find a job, get my own apartment, get married, and even become a father. These are achievements I am proud of, but behind all of that, there’s another reality: I haven’t been able to go back home to Comoros for five long years.
I miss my family deeply, but the truth is I simply can’t afford the flight ticket to go see them. Life abroad isn’t just about success stories—it’s about sacrifice, loneliness, and patience.
I still dream of traveling the world, but right now my biggest dream is simple: to go home and hug my family again.
If you’re thinking about moving abroad, I hope this video gives you a real and honest look at both the struggles and the wins.
