Here are some tips for increasing safety when traveling in motor vehicles during travel
1. Always wear a seatbelt (duh)
2. If thereβs no seatbelt donβt get in the car
3. Stay off your cell phone, pay attention to where youβre going
4. If the driver speeding ask him to slow down.
5. Learn to say βplease slow downβ in the local language of the country.

The most important thing to remember when traveling alone, especially as a woman, is to practice situational awareness and common sense. If it feels wrong even for a minute donβt do it.
