Solo Camping in the “Yosemite of the East” // Joy Chasers Ep. 19
For episode 19 of Joy Chasers, I decided to catch a vibe in Panthertown Valley, North Carolina (aka The Yosemite of the East), located in the Nantahala National Forest. This was such a peaceful hiking and camping trip. I also had fun making fresh pita's from scratch and enjoying some lamb gyros! Overall, it was a great reminder to always chase Joy! I hope you enjoy.
