Hurricane Melissa devastated Jamaica — especially our family’s hometown of Thornton, St. Elizabeth. Entire communities have been left without electricity, running water, or safe shelter. Many homes that stood for decades were destroyed in a matter of hours.
We’ve launched a relief effort to help three families in our community rebuild their homes:

Every dollar goes directly to materials, labor, and essential repairs.
The Families We’re Helping
• A family whose entire home collapsed — they are currently living in a school shelter, and a newborn baby was delivered there just weeks ago.
• A 92-year-old woman who spent 60 years in her home before the storm destroyed it.
• An elderly woman who can only sleep in her bathroom because the rest of her house is unsafe.
Why This Matters
In rural Jamaica, homes are generational. Families cannot simply “move” or rent elsewhere. These houses hold decades of sacrifice, family history, and identity. When a home is lost here, it’s not just a roof — it’s a lifetime erased.
How You Can Help
If our videos or our story have ever meant something to you, we’d be grateful if you joined us in helping rebuild these homes.
Whether you donate, share the link, or keep these families in your thoughts — it truly makes a difference.
Thank you for supporting our community. More updates coming soon.
