From the freezing mountains of Lesotho to the scorching heat of the Danakil Depression in Ethiopia, this was one of the most extreme experiences of my life and I love it!
In this video, I travel across Africa to test my limits—facing sub-zero temperatures in the highlands of Lesotho and then stepping into one of the hottest places on Earth, where temperatures can reach up to 50°C (122°F). From snow-covered mountains to lava fields and salt deserts, this journey pushed me physically and mentally.
