I Finally Found Good Food in St. Thomas — Salt Fish Quiche?!
Update: I finally found the food in St. Thomas.
This salt fish quiche was hands down my favorite thing I ate on the island — and I’ve never seen it anywhere else.
I had it at E’s Teahouse & Things and when I say 10 out of 10, I mean that.
I did a full food tour (coming in a separate video), but this right here? Outstanding.
