The once beautiful mcarthur park neighborhood is now comepletly full of homeless tents called encampments. The park and sourround area is filled with rows and rows of tents and trash it is now unbearable to visit out of the sheer danger the large homeless population pose. The rise in homeless is leading to the california exdous. Not many people want to stay in los angeles california and pay such extreme fees in order to live like this.
