First time visiting a clinic in The Gambia. π¬π² Africmed Clinic
We decided to take junior to visit the doctor for checking because he had got a small infection near his mouth..bUT to be straight on this , this was also our first visit to any hospital/clinic since we came to The Gambia so our expectations where kind of more different than what we experienced when we where still living in Senegal..
