My first day in Thailand was absolutely CRAZY—and it was also my very first time ever in Asia.
I’ve been to 44 countries… but none of that mattered here. I was lost, stressed, confused, and completely out of my depth. The culture, the rules, the unspoken norms—it all hit me at once.
At one point, I even got kicked out of my seat on the bus by a monk… because I had no idea the front seats are reserved for monks in Thailand 😳
Yeah… it was one of those days.
This is what it’s really like experiencing a completely new part of the world for the first time—no expectations, no clue what’s going on, just figuring it out as you go.
