In Japan, there are restaurants with an indoor fish tank, where you catch your own fish to eat using a fishing rod. The one we went to was called Zao Fishing Restaurant! When you catch your fish, you can ask the restaurant staffs to cook the fish to your preference. Spoiler: It's just as fun as it sounds.
