Reneilwe Morema reports on the president of Brazil Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva warning South African President Cyril Ramaphosa that he must be serious about his military, because any day the United States Might come for South Africa, given the current climate in Iran.

Lula warned that in today’s volatile geopolitical climate, countries like South Africa cannot afford to be complacent when it comes to defense and sovereignty. His message comes as tensions escalate in the Middle East, particularly involving the United States and Iran, raising fears about how far global conflicts could spread.

President Trump made it known that once he is done with Iran, he is coming for Cuba, that should signal that he has a hit list, and given the countless times United States came gunning for South Africa, it is not far fetched to say South Africa is on that hitlist.
Speculation about broader geopolitical intentions and the possibility of a “target list” shaping future conflicts.

For some analysts and observers, South Africa’s foreign policy positions — particularly its independent stance on global issues — have at times placed it at odds with powerful Western nations. This has reignited debate about whether the country could face increasing pressure on the international stage.

As global tensions continue to rise, the question many are asking is clear:
🚩🚩Is South Africa prepared to defend its sovereignty in an increasingly unpredictable world?
