Niagara Falls is one of the most popular tourist hotspots in this hemisphere. As someone who has never been before, I thought this summer would be the perfect time to visit. But, I also wanted to visit Toronto - so why not both?! And I wanted to eat some good food at Black-owned businesses along the way (or as many as I could in Toronto). Pasta, waterfalls, ziplining, and streetcars, this was a jam-packed adventure. So let’s take the Amtrak Maple Leaf from New York City to Niagara Falls, Canada and the Via Rail to Toronto!
