Absurd $2 Haircut and facial in Kampala, Uganda πΊπ¬

It's finally my last day in the capital of Uganda, Kampala and I went to first get a clean beard shave in a local barber shop for only 2 dollars. I Also met this lovely girl who helped me translate and both our facials plus my shave costed us less than 10 dollars. What do you think of the shave guys? let me know in the comment section.
