2023 has been a year of happiness and heartbreak.
Happiness because I got to travel to some pretty cool places this year, and I did some pretty cool things.
Highlight experiences?
1. Walking with 🦁 in Senegal
2. Zanzibar - one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen with my own two eyes
3. Eating the best hamburger I’ve ever had in Dar es Salaam Tanzania and having my first seafood Roti in Trinidad
4. Being greeted with a hug and a kiss by Usher Raymond❤️
5. Touring the island of Tobago with @islandgirltourstt
6. Doing high tea in London and visiting the Louvre in Paris for the first time
7. Getting to Bari Puglia🇮🇹for the first time and loving it!
8. Visiting Cartagena and Medellin Colombia and Athens, Greece for the first time. 🇨🇴🇬🇷
Among other things
But 2023 has also been a year of Almost unbearable heartbreak because I lost my closest friend in the world on December 7.
She was my favorite travel buddy, my cheerleader, my best friend. But in losing her I am reminded about the importance of living life to the fullest, and on your own terms just the way she did
so I’m going to keep it going in 2024 till the wheels fall off.

for her and for me.
